Ticket Policy:

1. No Refunds: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. We are unable to process refunds for any reason, including changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Event Dates and Times: Please review the event dates and times carefully before purchasing tickets. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to be aware of the event schedule and plan accordingly.

3. Ticket Transfers: While tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable. If you cannot attend the event, you may sell your ticket to another individual.

4. Event Cancellation: If Daytime Groove is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen emergencies), we will make every effort to reschedule the event. Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may sell your ticket to another individual or receive credit towards a future event, at our discretion.

5. Ticket Fraud: Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources or individuals may be counterfeit and will not be honored. To avoid ticket fraud, we recommend purchasing tickets only through our official ticketing channels.
