Through ancient mindfulness techniques led by the insightful Siobhan Power, you'll delve deep into your inner wisdom, while Jessica Kinnear imparts invaluable knowledge and life skills to help you navigate and thrive in today's business landscape. This is your opportunity to embrace your legacy, connect with like-minded women, and activate the generational gifts that will propel you forward.

Siobhan will guide you through an embodiment session where you will learn mindfulness techniques to find your inner flow and sense of self. Emanating the vibration of empowerment into your daily life.

An informative and inspiring talk by Bronwen Del Paggio White, Owner of Numesa, Gut Heath SA.

Bronwen del Paggio, Owner and Founder of NuMeSA, has spent the last decade mastering the art of crafting probiotic-rich kefir products using ancient processes and cultures. Her journey began with a personal experience of the healing power of these microorganisms, which sparked a passion for gut health and a desire to share the benefits with others. 

As a respected ambassador for gut health and protector of the microbiome, Bronwen has dedicated herself to education and collaboration. In 2023, she founded the Gut Health Association of South Africa, a testament to her commitment to spreading awareness and knowledge. 

With a 25-year background as an intrapreneur, innovator, and educator, Bronwen has developed a unique ability to turn problems into opportunities. Her experience with the Pothole Brigade project, which filled 67,000 potholes in Joburg in 2012, showcases her creative problem-solving skills. 

Bronwen's expertise in gut health has earned her a diploma and numerous accolades, including double gold awards for NuMeSA's water kefir in 2023 and 2024. Her true passion, however, lies in empowering individuals to achieve wellness and independence from chronic medication and stinking thinking. 

Through her work at NuMeSA and the Gut Health Association, Bronwen strives to share her knowledge and inspire others. When she's not working, you can find her spending time with her family, friends and several fur babies. Her passions extend to festivals, dancing, spiritual enlightenment, and helping others. 

As a seasoned entrepreneur with three successful business ventures under her belt, Bronwen is always developing new ideas and collaborating for the greater good.

Tickets are R150 and all participants are invited to bring an offering for the harvest table.
