Agile Coach Camp (18-20 Oct 2024)

Fri Oct 18, 19:00 - Sun Oct 20, 12:00

Cradle Moon Lakeside Game Lodge

ABOUT

Agile Coaching as a profession has officially been around for only 15 years. And right now it seems to be under fire. Organisations are removing or reducing coach positions, agile coaches are struggling to find work, and many are looking for other opportunities. Scrum masters seem to be in a slightly better position, but some are also struggling to find the next position.

What is going on?

We know that the conditions that led to agile coaching as a function might have changed. Yes, Agile is a household word – most organisations are using some form of iterative and incremental development in their software divisions. But us Agilists, coaches and Scrum Masters alike, know that going through the Agile motions form a very small part of what we do.

Our real work lies elsewhere. And it has not gone away simply because AI arrived!

How do we make that real, though? How do we continue to bring about the change so very much needed in the world of work?

If you are an Agile-practitioner impacted or affected in any way by these changes, bring your insight, your experience, your heart and your wisdom and reimagine Agile Coaching with us!
