This Thursday the 12th of September at 9pm is Last Laigh! It's a night of fresh material where 2 supporting acts and 2 headliners test out their latest bits in a relaxed late-night environment where anything can happen.

Your host for the evening is Chuma Bentele. In a short amount of time, Chuma has established himself as one of South Africa’s most exciting young comedians. He has played all over the country including the National Arts Festival, Woordfees and recently, the 2024 Savanna Newcomers Showcase.

Simmi Areff

Simmi is a podcaster and a seasoned comedian who you may know from his podcast "Lesser Known Somebodies" and, most recently, "Badvice." We love him and you will to!

Khanyiso Kenqa

Khanyiso, born in Langa Township, Cape Town, draws inspiration for his stand-up comedy from his unique upbringing. His energetic style offers a fresh take on South African life, blending politics, social issues, and humor. For over 11 years, he has also worked as a tour guide, sharing Cape Town's history and beauty with visitors.

Jam Jam

Jam Jam is one of the rising stars of South African comedy and fresh off his UK debut at the Camden Fringe Fest. Jam Jam’s comedy show “Sorry for the Weight” won a Standard Bank Standing Ovation award at @nationalartsfest. Come see why he's one of the hottest South African comics 

Paul Weyland Lee

Paul is an American comedian and voiceover artist based in Cape Town, South Africa. He’s quickly become one of our favourite acts and gained a reputation by opening for SA comedy legend Barry Hilton. 

Entrance to the venue is the Stag's Head sports bar.

Tickets are R70 online and R80 at the door.
