Join us for a beautiful yoga flow and a deeply shifting sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and tingsha bells. We will also be serving a nourishing, heart opening cacao before the sound journey (included in the ticket price)



Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
