Mörda

Robert Bongani Mohosana, or Mörda, started as part of one of South Africa’s most renowned DJ duos, Black Motion. Their music caught fire among dance lovers in Southern Africa, including Botswana, Angola, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, and Namibia. Now Mörda, who is also a music producer, is striking out on his own after successful international performances in Greece, Belgium, Spain, London, France, and the USA. Dance lovers already know him from his first solo album, Asante – and at AAWN you can look forward to all that and more from this talented star.

Bucie 

Busisiwe Nolubabalo Nqwiliso, professionally known as Bucie, is a celebrated South African R&B and house singer. Her soulful voice and unique blend of R&B and house music have captivated audiences worldwide. Bucie rose to fame with hits like “Ngicelindoda” and her collaboration with Black Coffee on “Turn Me On”. Despite stepping back from the music industry to focus on her family, Bucie’s legacy continues to shine brightly. We are excited to have her grace our stage and deliver a performance that will leave you spellbound.

Hazel

Pretoria-born, Johannesburg-based, with over 130k followers on Insta and 91k on TikTok, you must know she’s going to take AAWN by storm. Her passion for music is what makes her fun, and her flare for fashion makes her stand out even more. When she’s not turning up behind the decks, this brainy DJ is giving us her insights on her captivating podcast, Within Hazel. Trust us when we say you don’t want to miss her at AAWN!
