In 2013 het Zelda la Grange vir Carolyn Steyn 'n allemintige uitdaging gestel: om 67 komberse te maak as 'n bydrae vir Mandela-dag. Daardie eerste 67 komberse het gelei tot die stigting van 'n nie-winsgewende organisasie wat vanjaar al vir 'n dekade mense se lewens verander deur die gee of ontvang van 'n handgemaakte kombers. In 2013 Zelda la Grange gave Carolyn Steyn quite the challenge: to make 67 blankets as a contribution to Mandela Day.
