Introduction to sourdough

ABOUT

This is a basic introductory class to sourdough baking. We will concentrate on the feeding process and keeping your starter healthy ,which you get to take home. We will also be mixing up your first loaf with a step by step guide from me and get to take your dough home to bake the next day. In class I will share with you some tricks I have learned over the years to getting a good loaf. Most importantly we will have fun and you will get to taste some good bread. Everything is halaal.
