Get ready for greatness! Participate in a World Record Attempt in hundreds of locations across the world.
Join us on Saturday September 21 2024 at the Fish Hoek Sports fields for the Worldwide Workout 2024, where we will attempt to break two GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ titles. It’s a celebration of our worldwide health and wellness community, and we want YOU to be part of it!
This will be a live, GLOBAL workout, taking place on September 21, at 15:00 CAT

Participating in a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ attempt is an amazing opportunity to engage with people around the globe.

Be there 30 mins early to get you ticket scanned before we start.
The exercises will all be standing exercises with modification for beginner to advanced.
No under person under 16 may be counted in the record attempt, but we welcome families with younger children who have a minder to take care of them during the actual 30min record attempt.

By proceeding with the purchasing a ticket for no cost I, the purchaser, desire to participate in activities offered or sponsored by Herbalife. In consideration of being permitted by Herbalife to participate in such activities and in recognition of the Herbalife’s reliance hereon, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement Liability Waiver and Informed Consent Form (this "Release").
I am aware and understand that the activities may involve strenuous physical activity, are potentially dangerous and involves the risk of personal or psychological injury, pain, suffering, temporary or permanent disability, death, and/or property damage, and/or financial loss. I acknowledge that these risks may result from or be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of Herbalife, or its independent distributors, or the Fish Hoek Sports Association, including negligent emergency response or rescue operations of the event organisers. NOTWITHSTANDING THESE RISKS, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED. I HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS OF ILLNESS, PERSONAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND/OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING THEREFROM, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF HERBALIFE, ITS INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS OR ORGANISERS OR OTHERWISE.
I confirm that I am: (a) in good health and proper physical condition and do not have any medical or other conditions that would impair my ability to participate in the activities.
Unless precluded by local laws (in which case such local laws shall control and govern), I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against Herbalife, or its independent distributors, on account of personal or psychological injury, illness, pain, temporary or permanent suffering, disability, death, property damage, or financial loss arising out of or attributable to my participating in the activities, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of Herbalife, its independent distributors, or otherwise. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against Herbalife, its independent distributors, and forever release and discharge Herbalife and its independent distributors from liability under such claims.
