ABOUT
Join us for a ‘FIRE & ICE’ Contrast Therapy experience facilitated by accredited Wim Hof Method instructor, Lauren Hudson, for breathwork and the ice bath, and the sauna is provided by Hot Huts’ Vanessa Yelseth, who is a trained Thermalist. Catering by Lindy Taverner, Re Wild Food, and hosted by Bonne Esperance, Simon's Town.
Contrast therapy involves alternating between hot and cold temperatures to help improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. It has been used for centuries to treat a variety of conditions, from sore muscles to joint pain, and has recently gained popularity as a natural, effective way to support overall health and wellness.
In this workshop you will learn how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize your body and mind, understand the underlying physiology, and experience a blissful, healing therapy.
