What is Somatic Healing?
The term "somatic" comes from the Greek word soma, which means "body." Unlike traditional talk therapy, somatic healing uses body movement and awareness to access and release stored emotions, regulate the nervous system, and promote overall well-being.
Why Somatic Healing?
