Christmas Eve Dinner Menu


Amuse Bouche

Cranberry brie choux puffs  

Delicate choux pastry filled with creamy brie, topped with a festive cranberry glaze and toasted pistachio crumb.


Starter

Smoked wagyu beef Tartar

Accompanied by cucumber gazpacho, cured egg yolk, crispy tempura onion, pomegranate seeds, and microgreens. 


Or 


Celeriac Soup 

Rich celeriac soup with toasted hazelnuts, fragrant truffle oil, parsnip crisps, and a garnish of fresh chervil. Served with artisanal bread rolls.



Intermediate

 Pumpkin Ravioli 

House-made pumpkin ravioli with citrus-infused roasted ricotta, glazed fig, and sage butter. Topped with a crunchy parmesan pumpkin seed brittle and drizzled with brown butter.



Mains

Cranberry Fillet of beef 

Tender fillet of beef, glazed with a cranberry reduction, served with a spiced squash purée, sautéed rainbow radishes, and baby leeks. Accompanied by a crispy potato gratin and braised shiitake mushrooms.

Sustainable line fish 

Pan-seared with minted pea hummus, roasted sweet potato, and a delicate bisque emulsion. Finished with baby greens, fennel pollen, and micro-herb garnish.

Mushroom Orzo

Creamy orzo pasta tossed with wild forest mushrooms, leeks, parmesan cream, and fresh basil. Topped with pulled burrata and a drizzle of white truffle oil 



Dessert

Bergamot Citrus Parfait

A  bergamot-infused parfait with layers of citrus jelly, liquorice cream, and a crisp tuile. Served with a candied orange and grapefruit salsa
