What to Bring:

 Shoes with Good Grips are a MUST—gumboots are the best option. NO FLAT SHOES OR SLOPS ALLOWED! You will not be permitted to join if you do not have adequate footwear. Please take this seriously to ensure your safety on the slippery rocks!

 Good torch or headlamp (cellphone flashlights are not ideal)

 Walking stick (to help on slippery rocks—it's wet out there!)
