ABOUT
BRING A CUSHION. (OR RENT A SLOUCH!)
BRING A QUESTION.
The Curious Exchange is an interview-style, interactive (yes, that means you can get involved) gathering on the 2nd Wed of every month, where we get to laugh, learn and connect over topics that can support us in living happier, healthier more conscious lives - from people who are really passionate about them.
THIS EVENT:
wisdom of embodiment + unmasking your authentic self
Meet Rebecca Urbanski: passionate, especially, about guiding women to reclaim their power and to step into the life they were born to live. She is an ICF Integral Coach and Somatic Bodywork Practitioner and works either 1:1 or in group, transformational programs and women's circles. Her Instagram page is here.
Meet Nathan Maingard: transformational coach, authentic self guide and uplifting wordsmith/poet/songwriter/musician/creator. On his podcast, We Are Already Free, he interviews guests from around the world, exchanging stories and insights; questioning the status quo and seeking authenticity. Go to his website to learn more.
Now you can rent a Slouch! We're partnering with the fun, very comfy, high-quality Slouch floor chairs. Add one when you buy your ticket online for R60 or, when you see how great they are, pay R75 at the event.
