After yet another sold-out show, Comedy in the Village returns with none other than South African comedy icon, Kurt Schoonraad.
Known for his earthy humour and broad appeal, Kurt's comedic genius has captured audiences across South Africa and internationally—he even made the front page of the New York Times!
Hosting the evening is Phil de Lange, an award-winning comedian known for his unique blend of wit, ukulele, and sunscreen. As head producer, Phil curates a fresh line-up each month, ensuring Comedy in the Village remains Cape Town’s top monthly comedy experience

Joining the line-up is Lunga Tshuka, a multi-talented comedian, MC, breakdancer, and beatboxer. Lunga’s infectious energy and knack for finding humour in everyday life will leave you in stitches.
Also performing is Nate Levinrad, a rising star in Cape Town’s comedy scene. Nate’s sharp wit and hilarious insights have made him a crowd favourite on the local circuit.
