It's time to bring our foot-stomping joy vibes and shimmy up a sparkly sunset.

Come join us - with the whole family.

Our facilitators are already curating another joyfull sunset for you!

New to the Secret Sunrise?

It's PURE JOY for the whole family and we are currently in 21 regions globally!

You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by our fun and fabulous facilitators to move and play!

We combine elements of movement, play, mindfulness and dance, and this all happens through headphones.

Every session is unique awesome experience, and folks keep coming back for more.

All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

TIME: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm (Please arrive around 5:15 pm to receive your headsets)

DRESS CODE: Dress up is always encouraged and this time for Cancer awareness - a touch of pink

FACILITATORS: Nikki Jackman Joy & Cecile with Love and Light

BRING: Water & Wear layers - something cosy to wrap up in - if needs be at end... and dress fun & comfy to move and groove in!

**We are thrilled to be partnered with The UP (The UPliftment Programme - theup.org.za) this inspired PBO has been sharing joy with youth, children, differently abled and the elderly for 20 years. For the past 5 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children. If you'd like to add a little extra and #ShareTheJoy to support the upliftment of children, youth and their caregivers in marginalised communities - we would be so so so grateful....

Up until this time, refunds are accessible through the assigned ticketing platform of initial purchase, and will be deemed the responsibility of the attendee.
