Included Activities


  • Warm-Up & Connection: Begin with gentle stretching and a chance to connect with fellow participants, setting intentions for the day ahead.
  • Scenic Hiking Stints: Enjoy a series of guided hikes to beautiful viewpoints, allowing you to soak in the tranquility of nature.
  • Tai Chi Moments: Experience calming tai chi sessions at scenic spots to centre your mind and body.
  • Breathwork & Meditation: Take refreshing breaks for breathwork and guided meditation, encouraging deep relaxation and gratitude.
  • Journaling & Reflection: Engage in reflective journaling, capturing key thoughts and insights to enhance your personal growth.
  • Sharing: Share your experiences and insights with others in a supportive environment.
