The Listening Experience Vol.2: Beats, Bars and Banter 

The act of listening comes naturally to us. We should do it more intentionally, right? 

Inspired by our recent events with music producer, beat maker and sampler @in2une we decided to join forces to present The Listening Experience. This event is focused on reviving the underground Hip Hop, Jazz and Neo Soul music scene in Cape Town. Also, providing a space for producers and wordsmiths to connect with each other and to connect with the listener - we aim to foster a beautiful community. We found a home at One Park, which we recently learned was opened for listening sessions. So it only made sense that we host it there. 

As usual we welcome you to come enjoy the music in whichever way you feel comfortable. There’ll also be a conversation with the artists on their journey and creative processes. Come draw, come with a friend, come alone, sit, stand, move, feel. Immerse yourself. 

Vol. 2 will take place on the 23rd October at One Park, from 7pm until late. 

The line up will be announced shortly. Pencil the date in your calendar. Tickets are available at the door at R70 (cash and card accepted).
