Join Hästens at our Sleep Store in Kramerville where our fantastic facilitator will take you through a serene journey of meditation, breathwork, and sound healing. This is all done while lying on our sumptuously comfortable Hästens beds.

Sound Healing:

Sound healing is a practice that uses vibrations (vocal or instrumental like gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks) in order to relax your mind and body. Some proponents also believe it can relieve certain ailments, including anxiety and insomnia. Sound healers say that it works by lowering blood pressure, improving circulation and reducing respiratory rates.

Meditation:

Meditation can be defined as a set of techniques that are intended to encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention. Meditation is also a consciousness-changing technique that has been shown to have a wide number of benefits on psychological well-being

Breathwork:

Breathwork describes a group of exercises that teach you to manipulate your breathing rate and depth with the goal of bringing awareness to your breath and ultimately providing the same benefits you might get from a meditative practice
