Join us for the October 'Breathing on The Bend' session at our home in Pinelands on Saturday, 19 October, from 15h00 - 17h00. The session, facilitated by Breathwork Africa certified breathwork practitioner Sara Matchett, will include breath awareness and regulation practices as well as a conscious connected breathing practice.
