RnB Camp Out Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the 1st Annual RnB Camp Out! We are excited to have you join us for an unforgettable experience filled with music, fun, and relaxation. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all attendees.

Event Details

- Event Dates:Check-in is on Friday, and check-out is on Monday morning.

- Location: Lido Country Lodge,Westonaria ,Johannesburg, Gauteng

- Duration: 3 days

- Event Type:Camping with professional entertainment and food provided.

Ticket Information

- **Early Bird Sales (1st Phase):**

- Singles: R1000

- Couples: R1500

- Availability: From 15 October 2024 to 30th November 2024

- **Second Phase Sales:**

- Singles: R2000

- Couples: R2500

- **Limited Space:** This is a limited-capacity event, so early booking is recommended.

What to Bring

- Tents: Bring your own tents. We do not provide camping gear.

- Snacks and Drinks: Although we supply 3 meals per day, we encourage you to bring extra snacks and drinks to enjoy throughout the event. There will be food stalls and cash bars.

- Personal Items: Pack necessary personal items for a camping experience.

Prohibited Items

- **Weapons:** No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.

- **Illegal Substances:** The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Rules and Regulations

1. Check-In/Check-Out:

- Check-in starts at 16:00 pm on Friday.

- Check-out is by 10:00 am on Monday morning.

2.Behavior:Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times.

3. Security:Our security team will conduct bag checks upon entry. Cooperation is appreciated.

4. **Liability:** The event organizers are not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.

5. **Environment:** Please respect the environment and dispose of all waste in the designated bins.

Entertainment

- *Professional Level Entertainment:** We have curated a lineup of professional RnB artists to ensure top-notch entertainment throughout the event.

Health and Safety

- Emergency Services: On-site emergency services will be available.

- First Aid:A first aid station will be set up for minor medical needs.
