Brought to you by Cape Town’s oldest and most beloved improv troupe, ImproGuise, Wit Happens is a night of improvisational brilliance inspired by the magic of the Jazz Age and will be performed at the edgy, cool venue that is The Outlore Base.
With Wit Happens, ImproGuise takes the classic form of Cabaret and injects it with the electric unpredictability of improvisation. Imagine an evening where every story, every song, and every moment is created in the moment, right before your eyes. A whole, made up cabaret based entirely on audience suggestions. Accompanied by live music, performers will step into the role of storyteller, embracing themes, emotions, and song ideas from the crowd, transforming them into an immersive, one-of-a-kind experience.
