Salaam Foundation's “Echoes of Innocence: A Tribute by South African children with disabilities to the children of Gaza"
Sun Dec 1, 14:00 - Sun Dec 1, 17:00
Wits Linder Auditorium
ABOUT
Children in Gaza have been at the receiving end of the worst atrocities carried out by the occupying Israeli military.
We watched in horror as Muhammad Bhar, was mauled by military dogs and left to bleed to death by Israeli soldiers.
Too many have been crippled by snipers and shrapnel as this savagery and bombardment continues unabated.
Salaam Foundation invites you to join us in a special tribute, Echoes of Innocence.
Join us for a powerful and heartwarming tribute dedicated to the children of Palestine, featuring talented young performers with disabilities from South Africa. This unique event aims to raise awareness and funds for Gaza, where children, especially those with disabilities, face unimaginable hardships due to the genocide and occupation. Our tribute will take place at the Wits Linder Auditorium, bringing together artists, activists, and community members who share a commitment to advocating for the rights of all children. The spotlight will shine on these young South African performers, showcasing their resilience and creativity despite the challenges they face in their own lives.
