Internal Happiness hosted by Silent Music and Wild & Grounded Group is an innovative program designed to help participants connect deeply with themselves, others, and their environment
The session includes :
15 minutes of introspective connection
40 minutes of freestyle dancing to curated playlists
5 minute closing

Self-Connection: Start with guided mindfulness exercises to tune into your inner thoughts and emotions.
Interpersonal Connection: Engage in paired or group activities to build empathy and understanding.
Environmental Connection: Enjoy a sensory experience that heightens your awareness of your surroundings.
Freestyle Dancing (40 minutes):
Playlist Selection: Choose from three curated playlists spanning different decades or opt for upbeat genres like rave or techno.
Dance Freely: Enjoy a liberating dance experience in a breath taking beachside setting, connecting with fellow participants and embracing the joy of movement.
