Join us for our "Learn to Manage Emotions" workshop, designed specifically for tweens and teens. This engaging workshop will provide young participants with essential skills to navigate their emotional landscape, fostering resilience and self-awareness.
What Your Teen Will Learn:
- Understanding and Regulating Emotions: Practical techniques to help identify and express feelings constructively.
- Stress and Anxiety Management: Effective strategies to cope with stress and anxiety, promoting a sense of calm and control.
- Emotional Resilience and Self-Awareness: Tools to enhance emotional strength and self-reflection, empowering your teen to face challenges confidently.
Included: Each participant will receive an Emotional Regulation Workbook, featuring exercises and insights to help them continue their emotional growth at home.
Facilitator: Maria Kalymnios, Registered Counsellor & Yoga Practitioner, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in emotional wellness and holistic practices.
