ABOUT
“Love the Incomplete Man” Retreat: Heal, Embrace, and Live in the Now
Join us for a transformative weekend retreat focused on healing your inner self and embracing life’s imperfections. Through mindfulness, meditation, and heart-centered workshops, you’ll learn to let go of past anger, quiet future anxieties, and fully live in the present. Discover how to love and heal your incomplete self, while cultivating peace and simplicity within. Step into a supportive space of acceptance, reflection, and growth. Your journey to wholeness begins now.
PURPOSE OF THIS RETREAT:
The purpose of this retreat is to create a safe, supportive space where men can:
1. Embrace Imperfection: Recognize that being incomplete is part of the human journey, and learn to love and accept themselves as they are.
2. Heal Emotional Wounds: Release anger tied to the past and anxiety about the future, fostering emotional freedom and inner peace.
3. Live in the Present: Cultivate mindfulness and presence, empowering participants to fully experience life in the here and now.
4. Simplify the Inner Life: Uncomplicate mental and emotional patterns that create stress and disconnection, leading to a deeper sense of clarity and balance.
5. Build Connection: Share and grow within a community of like-minded men, fostering vulnerability, trust, and mutual support.

IS THIS FOR ME?
The True Self is free and without identity. Clothing, labels and technology mask our True Self. We, therefore, invite you, if you feel comfortable, to shed these layers and experience the weekend with no restrictions.
This event is open to men regardless. Often we can give ourselves a hard time on how we think we look to others, and this is an opportunity to go beyond that, to be vulnerable and to let others accept you just as you are. With open hearts, with an openness to accept everybody, let the magic of touch take you to new parts of yourself you never knew existed. Read more if you have any more questions FAQ.
No previous experience of massage, yoga or bodywork is needed but would be an advantage eg. Aquabliss4men or a Massage Exchange
