Are you ready to WHIRL & TWIRL... and

CELEBRATE - the last days of 2024!

This hour long experience is tailor-made every time. and your ticket includes your headphone rental and facilitators guiding & igniting the fun with a diverse and delightful playlist.

This is fun for the whole family, so bring Gran, Gramps and the kids.

New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before....

You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play!

We combine elements of movement, play, meditation and dance - all through headphones.

All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

SECRET SUNRISE -

WHEN: 27th December 2024

WHERE: Wilderness Commonage (the green field in front of the Wilderness hotel, next to “the girls” and “the commonage” restaurants.)

TIME: 06:30 am - 07:30 am (Please arrive around 06:15 am to receive your headsets & enjoy some pre-music good vibes)

THEME: WILDERNESS WHIRL & TWIRL

DRESS CODE: Dress up is always encouraged - think all the colour and all that whirls as you twirl

FACILITATORS: Nikki Jackman Joy & Nicky Lewis

BRING: Water & Wear layers - something cosy to wrap up in - if needs be at end... and something fun & comfy to move and groove in!

**We are thrilled to be partnered with The UP (The UPliftment Programme - theup.org.za) this inspired PBO has been sharing joy with youth, children, differently abled and the elderly for 20 years. For the past 5 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
