The Wacken Metal Battle Sub-Saharan Africa is back in 2025!
Join us as we follow bands from Angola, Botswana, Kenya, Mozambique, Namibia and South Africa as they embark on a journey to send one of our own to the home of heavy metal - Wacken Open Air 2025!
The Stellenbosch heat will be on 01.03.2025 at The Daisy Jones Bar and will select 1 winner to head to the national finals in May!
Grab your tickets, support heavy metal and lets send a fellow African band to Wacken!
The finals will take place on the 3rd of May 2025, at Sognage in Randburg, Johannesburg, South Africa.
