I’m a third generation, Proudly South AfricAsian, born and raised in Mayfair Johannesburg and no stranger to South Africa’s history of violent crime. I joined the SAPS in 1994 and since then, my career has revolved around protection and teaching life preservation skills.

I’m a third generation, Proudly South AfricAsian, born and raised in Mayfair Johannesburg and no stranger to South Africa’s history of violent crime. I joined the SAPS in 1994 and since then, my career has revolved around protection and teaching life preservation skills. I am the founder of OPPS International, an organisation established in 2001 that specialises in self-protection skills.
My extensive martial art background has evolved into a popular defense and mental acuity system which I developed after dissecting the nature of violent attackers in South Africa.
