Welcome to the 10th edition of the Namaqualand Flower Festival! 




WHEN: 1 - 3 September 2017

Join us for the most wholesome weekend of 2017 and come play in spring sun. The Namaqualand Flower Festival is for the young and adventurous at heart.
One weekend filled with flowers, camping, dancing, running, singing, gazing and laughing. This is one weekend you don't want to miss. 

The Saturday morning offers 3 distance trail runs available for adventurous runners - a challenging 21km (for experienced runners only), a scenic 9km trail and a family fun 4km route. 

Not keen to run but still want to be in on the fun? This year's event offers a non-runners entry ticket option too. 

Together with this beautiful run, there are plenty other activities to look forward to. Celebrating the 10th year of existance, this year's festival is bigger and more action packed than ever! Enjoy wholesome adventures such as star gazing, live music, an open mic evening, an educational flower and bush walk, sunise yoga, authentic Bushmen talks, Secret Sunrise, silent disco, waterfall hikes, Beehive workshops, and so much more from the No Danger Diaries Crew.

This event is all about experiencing the outdoors and enjoying the Spring flowers dotted around the countryside, all while mixing with like-minded people.

Our tenth year anniversary also sees the addition of the "Family Zone" - a separate camping area for families with young children. A children's play zone will be provided and will feature activites and exciting entertainment to keep your children active, stimulated and enriched all weekend long. ** Please specify during the ticket check out process whether you will be bringing children and if you'd like to be included in this Family Zone camp site.

The Glamping ticket option has been included this year for those wanting a bit of comfort. This includes - 

• A tent provided for you and set up on your arrival
• Glamping area is up in a private area above the rest of the camping
• Glamping kitchenette area with stove and kettle provided
• Entry includes the run
• Lunch on the Saturday
• All the weekend activities
