WHAT TO EXPECT

Lekker vibes from start to finish! When you arrive, you’ll get your very own headset - your golden ticket to a let loose. Our top-notch facilitators will guide you through tunes from all genres, mixing mindfulness with movement. Expect a bit of everything: meditation to find your zen, breathwork to connect, and dance moves to let your inner legend shine.

Each session is one-of-a-kind, with themes that bring us all together. Dressing up? Totally encouraged. Think of it as your license to skop, shake, and celebrate under the rising sun.
