Join us on Saturday, 4 January 2025, from 10 AM to 2 PM, at our cozy baking school in Observatory (Unit 02 Block A, Collingwood Place, 10 Anson Street).

This isn’t just a class—it’s a buttery, flaky journey into the world of croissants! In this small and intimate workshop, our expert French chef will give you all the attention you deserve (and maybe a few croissant secrets they’ve kept under lock and key).

You’ll:

  • Learn how to laminate, cut, rise, and bake dough like a pro
  • Take home your very own laminated dough and freshly baked croissant
  • Sip on complimentary beverages while your croissants bake to golden perfection

This class is kept super small so you get all the personalized tips and tricks you need to nail the art of croissants. Be warned—after this, store-bought won’t cut it anymore!
