Light, airy, and oh-so-perfect! Join us on Friday, 24 January 2025, from 6 PM to 7:30 PM, at our baking school in Observatory (Unit 02 Block A, Collingwood Place, 10 Anson Street).

Master the delicate art of meringue in this fun and interactive workshop. Whether you love them crispy, chewy, or as part of a show-stopping dessert, we’ll guide you step by step to achieve perfection.
