Period poverty on a rise and growing.

30% of girls in South Africa are affected by period poverty, Girls will miss as much as 20% of their school year; some may drop out all together.

Our goal is to give dignity back to our girls by spearheading the "SHE MATTERS" Campaign that is aimed to make sure girls don't have to choose between their education and menstruating.

This Campaign is to make sure we can reach school going girls in vulnerable communities in Cape Town that could potentially be victims of Gender Based Violence, Sexual Violence, Teenage pregnancy, dropping out of school altogether and also the impact it could have on her mental health if she doesn't have the necessary supplies and tools to navigate her to participate and be present, have fun, and taking care of herself.

Your monetary donation will help provide Sanitary pads to school going girls in disadvantaged communities, for period sustainability we provide reusable cups, reusable pads and disposable pads.
