About The 3 Day Holiday Bootcamp
The Tech Entrepreneur Challenge Bootcamp is designed to immerse high school students in the fundamentals of building an online or tech-focused business. Participants will explore key entrepreneurial skills by creating a business concept, designing branding, and developing a website for their online business idea. This interactive bootcamp uses a hands-on approach to develop problem-solving and innovation skills among young participants.
At the end of the bootcamp, students will pitch their business ideas to a panel of industry experts, with the top two teams receiving a one-month mentorship with leading tech entrepreneurs.

Bootcamp Highlights
- Mock Business Creation: Students will brainstorm and create a unique business idea, considering aspects like target market, value proposition, and branding.
- Website Design: Guided sessions will take students through website development basics, using easy-to-learn tools to bring their business to life online.
- Pitching to a Panel: Participants will practice their public speaking skills and deliver a pitch on the final day, showcasing their business and website to a panel of industry experts.

3-Day Program Schedule
Day 1: Business Ideation & Concept Development
- Introduction & Icebreakers
- Overview of the bootcamp objectives and an introduction to entrepreneurship.
- Workshop: Understanding the Basics of a Tech Business
- Explore what makes a tech business unique, including target market identification, problem-solving, and value propositions.
- Exercise: Brainstorming Business Ideas
- Students brainstorm tech-based business ideas, focusing on identifying a problem to solve or a need to fulfill.
- Workshop: Defining Target Market & Value Proposition
- Students learn to outline their target market, craft a clear value proposition, and consider branding elements.
- Activity: Mock Business Concept Creation
- Students finalize their business ideas and create a brief presentation to introduce their concept to the group.
Day 2: Website Design & Branding
- Workshop: Basics of Branding & Visual Identity
- An overview of branding essentials such as logo design, color schemes, and tone of voice.
- Exercise: Creating a Brand Identity
- Students design a basic logo, select colors, and outline their brand’s personality to match their business idea.
- Introduction to Website Design
- Overview of website-building tools, user experience basics, and design principles.
- Guided Activity: Building the Website
- Using easy-to-learn website-building tools, students start creating a basic website for their business idea, incorporating branding elements.
- Website Review & Feedback
- Students share their website drafts with peers for constructive feedback and suggestions.
Day 3: Pitch Preparation & Final Presentations
- Workshop: Crafting a Winning Pitch
- A session on structuring an effective pitch, covering key components like the problem, solution, target market, and unique selling points.
- Exercise: Pitch Practice & Feedback
- Students practice their pitches in pairs or small groups and receive feedback to refine their delivery.
- Pitching to a Panel
- Each student presents their business concept and website to a panel of industry experts. They receive feedback on their idea, branding, and presentation style.
- Award Ceremony & Wrap-Up
- The top two participants receive a one-month mentorship with industry tech entrepreneurs. All students receive a certificate of participation and are encouraged to reflect on their bootcamp experience.
Certificate & Mentorship
Each participant will receive a certificate of participation. Additionally, winners from the final pitch will receive a free one-month mentorship with top tech industry leaders. This bootcamp is ideal for high school students eager to explore tech entrepreneurship and gain valuable, hands-on business experience.
