Pelvic Floor/Kegel Exercises Workshop
Sat May 10, 15:30 - Sat May 10, 18:00
Allure Sensuality Emporium
ABOUT
Pelvic floor training is an investment in your health with guaranteed returns for the rest of your life.
The ability to hold the contents of the bladder in moments of straining, like coughing, sneezing, lifting of a load, running etc. depends on the coordinated cooperation of selected muscles, nerves, and ligaments of the pelvic floor.
With this workshop, you will learn how to exercise your pelvic floor lying down, sitting, standing and during walking
Why should I attend?
• Health: We might not talk about it as much as we perhaps should, but many women experience a degree of urinary incontinence at some point in their lives. You can strengthen the PC muscle to improve bladder control
• Pleasure for you: By toning and strengthening your PC muscle, you’ll enjoy enhanced sensitivity and more intense, easy-to-achieve orgasms.
• Pregnancy: Preparing the PC muscle for delivery. After birth, help with vaginal recovery, and the enhanced tightness you’ll achieve will increase sensitivity for you and your partner during sex.
• Menopause: Strengthening your PC muscle can enhance your natural vaginal lubrication, sexual response and urinary control during the physiological changes of menopause.
The workshop will be given by Lonese and Sari Cohen, and will include a talk an exercise session, Q&A, and light refreshments
