WIMBLEDON SOCIAL CLUB VI

1. Agreement to Terms

1.1. This Agreement is entered into between Wimbledon Social Club (the “Event Organiser”) and the individual acquiring a ticket, whether paid, discounted, or complimentary (the “Attendee”).

1.2. By purchasing or obtaining a ticket to Wimbledon Social Club VI (the “Event”), the Attendee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Ticket Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) and any related policies.

2. Policies

2.1. This Agreement includes, and incorporates by reference, all applicable rules, regulations, guidelines, and policies outlined below:

• Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Event Disclaimer: The Event Organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Event.
• Event Rules: Compliance with the dress code and behavior expectations is mandatory.
• Photography and Media Policy: Attendance constitutes consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional use.
• Code of Conduct: Attendees must adhere to respectful behavior and avoid disrupting the enjoyment of others.

2.2. Attendees may be subject to additional rules and guidelines based on the nature of their participation in the Event.

3. Compliance and Consequences for Breach

3.1. Failure to adhere to the terms of this Agreement or related policies may result in:

• Cancellation of the ticket.
• Denial of entry to the Event.
• Immediate removal from the Event without refund.
• Ban from future events hosted by the Event Organiser.

4. Dress Code

4.1. The Event is a tennis-inspired white clothing-only event.

4.2. Attendees must adhere to this dress code to gain entry. Non-compliance will result in denial of entry without refund.

5. Event Details

5.1. The Event will take place on February 22nd, 2025, from 4 PM to 10 PM at Leeuwenhof Estate, with the official afterparty held at Boma on Bree from 10 PM till late.

5.2. Attendees must present a valid ticket upon entry.

6. Prohibited Items

6.1. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal substances or drugs of any kind.
• Weapons, including but not limited to firearms, knives, or other dangerous objects.
• Outside food or beverages, including alcohol.
• Glass bottles or containers.
• Flammable or explosive materials, including fireworks.
• Large bags, backpacks, or suitcases (exceptions may be made for small handbags).
• Professional cameras or video recording equipment without prior authorization.
• Items deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive by Event staff.
• 6.2. Any prohibited items brought to the Event will be confiscated, and the attendee may be denied entry or removed without refund.

7. Changes to the Agreement

7.1. The Event Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement or related policies at any time without prior notice.

7.2. The most recent version of the Agreement will be available on the Event website. Continued possession of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these changes.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. The Event Organiser shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, government actions, or other events beyond its control.

9. Liability

9.1. The Event Organiser is not liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage incurred during the Event. Attendance is at the Attendee’s own risk.

10. General Provisions

10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Event Organiser and the Attendee.

10.2. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

10.3. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

By acquiring a ticket and attending Wimbledon Social Club VI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
