Oxygen Life Church Jbay Congregation Camp

Eesterivier NG Camping Site

6 dormitories with 10 beds in each dorm.

Please make sure you book a ticket for each family member, including under 3.

Kindly note under 3 years will not be provided a bed/mattress, therefore you will be required to bring your own cot/mattress along, however food is catered.

Should you want a bed provided for your U3 please book a children ticket for them.

Start

Arrival from 3pm on the 23rd May.

End

Clean up 12pm till 1pm, Depart from 1pm on the 25th May.

Sessions

We will have some sessions, as well as a Sunday morning meeting.

Meals

All meals are provided for, except for the braai meat for the Friday night braai, everyone is to bring their meat for the braai (Salads sides are provided).

Any allergies or special requirements, to please bring along the substitutes needed. If you need extra snacks and treats, you welcome to bring that along, there is limited fridge space, so we are unable to keep fancy drinks cold for everyone.

Water station will be available throughout the weekend, as well at the tap water at the venue.

Tea and Coffee station will be available throughout the weekend.

Friday - Bring and Braai with sides provided (coleslaw, rolls etc)

Saturday Breakfast - Cereals, Fruit, Yoghurt, Toast and Jams etc

Saturday Lunch - Ham and Cheese Rolls

Saturday Dinner - Lasagne and Salad

Sunday Breakfast - Cereals, Fruit, Yoghurt, Toast and Jams etc

Sunday Lunch - any left overs to snack on

Transport

The fees do not cover transport, should you require transport please arrange amongst your community groups.

Serving and Cleaning

Everyone will be given a slot for either meal preps and cleaning, please be prepared to serve each other during the weekend.

Everyone is on clean up before we leave the venue on Sunday at 12pm-1pm.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAXIMUM GROSS WEIGHT OF ANY VEHICLE THAT MAY ENTER THE EERSTER FOUR BEACH RESORT MAY NOT EXCEED 5000 KG. 
VEHICLES THAT ARE HEAVIER WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
