Meet Claudia Dias – Your Guide to Inner Beauty & Self-Worth

Claudia Dias is a certified NLP Life Coach and Hypnotherapist, dedicated to helping individuals rediscover their inner beauty, confidence, and self-worth. As the founder of Azura Body Mind Soul, she specializes in deep emotional healing, empowering others to break free from trauma, self-sabotage, and limiting beliefs.

Having walked her own path of loss, healing, and self-discovery, Claudia brings a warm, compassionate, and transformative approach to her work. Through powerful mindset shifts and subconscious reprogramming, she helps others embrace their true essence and step into self-love and empowerment.

At Bella – The Spirit of Beauty workshop, Claudia will lead a heartfelt session focused on self-love, healing, and reclaiming self-worth. Meet Leah Jooste – Re-Enchanting You to Trust and Reconnect with You True, Beautiful Self

Leah Jooste is a trauma therapist and transformational coach with a background in psychology and counselling. Using NLP and IFS, she helps clients access their subconscious, unlocking profound insights and life-changing “aha” moments.

Trained in Narrative Therapy, Bereavement Counselling, and Pastoral Care at Steve Biko Hospital, Leah blends deep emotional healing with practical transformation. Originally from Johannesburg and now based in London, she offers 1:1 coaching and small focus groups to support lasting change.

Through her practice, Burnt Protea, Leah empowers individuals to rise stronger from life’s challenges, believing “You were created to withstand wildfires.”

At Bella – The Spirit of Beauty, Leah will guide you in rediscovering beauty—not just as something to admire, but as something to embody and create. She will inspire you to connect with beauty on a deeper level so that everything you do and say carries its essence. Dear Ladies,

We are something unique and special. We are not only given the gift to witness and behold beauty—we are invited to participate in and embody it. This gift may sometimes seem like a mere extra, just the icing on the cake or the frills on a garment. However, I am here to remind you that, much like the air we cannot see or hold, beauty is both intangible and incredibly powerful. In a world increasingly strangled by anxiety, overwhelm, and depression—where nothing seems to stay the same and we often feel lost—beauty remains our true north, the compass that always points us in the right direction.

At this workshop, we will learn to become that compass and channel beauty to guide us. Beauty will show us the direction we are meant to follow, reflecting purpose, grace, kindness, strength, and elegance. As we embody beauty, not only will we begin to witness and create it around us, but others will also recognise the radiance in us, sparking hope and inspiring them to seek purpose and meaning.

Our world is being consumed by despair, distractions, and the shadow of death. I call upon you to take the reins of beauty and drive forward together—uplifting ourselves, our loved ones, and our wider community. Let us re-enchant everyone with the love, joy, and the beautiful miracle of life.

              We kindly ask that you arrive by 09:00 to settle in, enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee, and familiarize yourself with the space before we begin.

As you enter through the security gate, park in any available space and make your way toward the reception area. From there, you will notice a pathway leading into the garden—a gentle transition into the tranquil space where our workshop will be held. Follow this walkway, and you will be warmly welcomed with a special gift before being guided into the venue.
