ABOUT
Stuckness in groups can be a regenerative process of digestion, redemption, and incubation.
Dr Julia Kukard will present her doctoral research on stuckness, demonstrating how working with the Cycle of Stuckness and the Existential Givens (Death, Meaninglessness, Isolation, and Freedom), can support these outcomes. After some theory and case study examples, we will devote 30 minutes to exploring whether and how this research could be of value to your group work.
Dr Julia Kukard holds a DProf in Existential Psychotherapy (Middlesex), MBA, MA, Hons, BA (UCT). She has worked with organisations and individuals for the past 30 years in various learning and development roles including as a leadership coach/psychotherapist and facilitator. Her book “The Art and Joy of Stuckness for Coaches and their Clients” was published in December 2024 by Routledge
