Cape Milers Club Middle Distance Track Series 2025
CMC, a non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing opportunities and incentives for South African middle-distance track athletes to reach their full potential.
This year, we are proud to present four exciting men's and women's track events, including:
800m
1500m
3000m
3000m Steeple chase (Male only)
10 000m
Included in each athlete entry is a branded Cape Milers Club shirt.
Join us for a day of elite competition, incredible talent, and thrilling races as we support and showcase South Africa's rising stars on the track!

*NB* Athletes are only permitted to enter 1 event. If an athlete has been found to enter more than one they will be randomly removed from events.
Entry requirements:
10 000m Men: 31:50 (Coastal) / 31:10 (Inland)
10 000m Women: 39:30 (Coastal) / 40:30 (Inland)
