The Swiss Hotel School South Africa presents: 33 on Bond Restaurant Weeks 2025
Restaurant Week 1 of 2025 - Wednesday 2nd April and Thursday 3rd April 2025 for Dinner.
Yet again, our Culinary Arts students are designing a delicious new menu and wine pairing exclusively for the restaurant week. Each week showcases different menus and experiences. We have been presenting these weeks for the past 3 years with great reviews and feedback.
We are thrilled to kick off the new year with two unforgettable evenings celebrating the bold and comforting flavors of an upmarket American diner.
Our Executive Chef, Chef Sam, and our esteemed Maître d’, Kuno Tschumi have collaborated to craft a menu that reimagines classic diner fare with a sophisticated twist.
To elevate the experience, we’ve taken a step away from the traditional wine pairings and are instead embracing beer pairings, carefully selected to complement each dish and bring out the rich layered flavours of our menu.
Expect an evening of indulgence, innovation, and impeccable hospitality. Join us for a unique dining experience where nostalgia meets modern refinement, and where every bite is perfectly matched with a pour to remember.
Dine in our beautiful restaurant. It's sophisticated and warm with a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy cocktails before being treated to an array of specially created and innovative dishes. Parking is 'off road' and our garden and deck are a great place to watch the sun set and enjoy our firepit and a drink.
