ComUnity is an inner-city youth festival celebrating urban culture, music, fashion, and food. Founded in May 2022, it debuted in Cape Town and has moved to a new venue, The Ostrich. This cultural event unites South Africa’s youth to experience local fashion brands, emerging food labels, and top-performing artists across multiple stages, with 12 hours of immersive cultural experiences. This edition of ComUnity not only celebrates our country’s democracy but also highlights the urgency of prioritising cultural diversity. Through art and music, we acknowledge ongoing struggles while envisioning a socially just future.
