ABOUT
This year, Earth Hour and World Water Day unite for one unforgettable night. As the moon rises and city lights fade, watch nature come to life. Join us for 60 magical minutes of exploration, learning, and celebration as we embrace nature and sustainability.
Event Highlights:
• 19:30 - Check-in at reception and make your way to the Lapa for some light snacks and refreshments to watch the sunset from the beautiful “Bird Mountain.”
• 20:00 - Welcome & Introduction with exciting prizes to be won!
• 20:30 - Hike begins around the seasonal salt pans and our man-made section.
• 21:30 - Socialise around the firepit with sweet treats and refreshments.
• What to bring: Please bring a torch and wear comfortable shoes.
• Pet policy: Intaka Island nature reserve is a bird sanctuary, therefore regrettably, no dogs are permitted on the island.
