ABOUT
Wowo Mndau is from Mamelodi in Pretoria.
His late uncle introduced him to basic piano and he later studied music theory at Unisa where his passion for Jazz evolved.
Wowo is working on his 5th contemporary jazz album, which will include elements of African sounds in some of the tracks. The album is set to be released around June 2025.
With this live performance in Johannesburg, he hopes to introduce his sound to a wider audience.
