Join us for a scenic 8–10km hike through the breathtaking trails of Giba Gorge Nature Reserve.
This adventure features up to 4 waterfalls, a visit to Clifton Canyon, and—weather permitting—a chance to explore a hidden rock shelter.
Meeting Point: NU Driving Range, Hillcrest
Time: 12.15pm for 12.30pm start
Distance: Approx. 8–10km round trip
Duration: appr. 4 hours incl. stops
Difficulty:
• Regular hikers: Grade 1.5
• Casual hikers: Grade 2.5
Cost:
• Adults: R249 pp
• Kids (under 13): R149 pp

This event goes ahead rain or shine, unless extreme weather (hail, storm, extreme heat/cold) forces us to postpone. Bring a raincoat—a little rain never hurt anyone (plus it keeps the bugs away! )
Minimum 10 confirmed bookings required. If the quota isn’t met, the event will be cancelled and refunds will be processed.
No refund or credit for no-shows.

Grade 1 – Easy: Minimal fitness required
Grade 2 – Moderate: Some fitness needed
Grade 3 – Challenging: Physical fitness advisable
