Concerts created to bring the music closer.
Classical marimbist Magdalena de Vries brings her musical reflections to the intimate space of the Mowbray Methodist Church (The Thomas Mossop Memorial Hall) for a special Palm Sunday concert. The programme will include music by Bach, Mascagni and Evelyn Glennie.
The concert takes place on Sunday 13th April at 3pm. A complimentary glass of wine, or tea and biscuits are included in the ticket price for you to enjoy after the concert where you can talk to Magdalena about her music.
The 95 year old Mowbray Methodist Church (The Thomas Mossop Memorial Hall) is situated on the corner of Roseberry and Cheltenham Road, Little Mowbray, and there is plenty of parking close to the venue.
