This free webinar will explain the why and the how of Prelude's training mechanisms. We do not stick to traditional education mechanisms, our learning experiences are designed intentionally, from first principles.

- We don't promise mastery, because mastery cannot be sold. It must be earned.

- We don't put a sage on a stage and expect everyone to listen to the same thing at the same time

- We don't make anyone rush to keep up with the group, or stunt the pace of anyone who is moving ahead

- We don't simply fill pails and force-feed people information 

- We don't expect anyone to have a perfect memory or attention span

Our learning experiences are designed intentionally, from first principles. We apply evidence based methods and years of experience and experimentation. We pay attention to the human aspects of learning. 

We focus on motivation, connection and real goals. We give our students the flexibility and agency they need to make our courses work for them and their aspirations. We inspire curiosity and learn about much more than what is on the beaten path. We treat our students like responsible adults who know their own minds best.

We create well-crafted learning experiences that plant seeds and set people up for continued and sustained growth.
