The man, A myth and anigma that operates from from the centre and the fringes of the South African jazz scene, a trombonist (and pianist) and charismatic galvaniser of his contemporaries. Multi-instrumentalist Malcolm Jiyane returns to the Basement with his Tree-O to remind us all that it is music first then everything after. Malcolm is a born performer and creator who lives his life story through his music and intricate compositions.
