Join us for a deeply delicious and wild-inspired workshop where we explore seasonal edible weeds, garden herbs, and nourishing broths. Learn how to transform simple ingredients into a healing, flavour-packed bowl of goodness, guided by nature and the rhythm of the seasons.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Learn to identify and use edible weeds—wild greens packed with nutrients, growing right at your feet.
Discover the foundations of broth-making, from scratch stocks to layering flavours with mushrooms, seaweeds, herbs, and spices.
Make hand-pulled, hand-cut noodles from scratch—no machines, just your hands and simple ingredients!
Enjoy a slow, seasonal lunch—gathering around the table in our Glasshouse to savour the broth you’ve created.

Garden walk and harvest, with a plant ID session
Broth lunch with botanical drinks
Follow-up recipe booklet so you can recreate the magic at home, with a botanical tea & cocktail recipe to sip alongside your creations.
